He will do his best to help you focus on something! Just place your screen face down and focus on what you do. A variety of white noise will help you focus more. If you concentrate well, Tom will praise you. You can change the session time in the settings. You can reset the timer by pressing Tom's belly button. Please keep in mind that Tom can also enjoy fishing when you are focused. To do the self-portraits you can use interval timer shooting. Menu Shooting menu Interval timer shooting (check the manual if you cant find it) Start time = now (you waste the first shot but it saves you having to wait a minute) Interval time 00:00:10 seconds ( or however long you need between shots ) Set 5 intervals X 1 ( this will take 5 timed shots 10 seconds apart) Start = On. The way the method works is simple. Set a timer for 25 minutes and focus all of your attention on a single task. After those 25 minutes are up, take a 5 minute break before setting another 25 minute timer. After two 25 minute segments, or “Poms,” take a 10 minute break. Set another 25 minute timer, take a 5 minute break, rinse and repeat. Getting started with the pomodoro technique is simple, just pick a task, set a timer and start working. Hi I recently(5 months ago) purchased ford focus 1.6 zetec 2001. Car is running fine but I have had problem with the heated front windscreen, rear heated windscreen, and the intermitent wipers not working. Last week I took all the fuses out and re-seated them and it was working again for a week. Today driving back from work they are not working again this is some electrical fault? but not sure why it would work sometimes and not others?, anyone else have a suggestion about this or have a similar problem. Its not a major problem but when it gets colder the heated windscreen will come in handy as will the intermitent wipers.
